An air fryer is like a little oven for your counter. It cooks food by blowing hot air all around it. A heater and fast fan cook and crisp the food, so it tastes fried, but you don't need much oil, or sometimes any at all!
⚙️ How it works:

Heating thing: ** Warms up the air inside.
Fast fan: ** Blows the hot air all over the food.
Basket/tray: ** Holds the food while the air moves around it.
Drip catcher: ** Gets any extra oil or crumbs.

The fast-moving air cooks everything evenly and makes it crispy, kind of like frying but without all the oil.
🍗 You can cook almost anything in an air fryer that you'd bake, fry, or grill. Here's some food:

*   Frozen stuff: Fries, chicken nuggets, fish sticks are all good.
*   Fresh meat: Chicken, steak, fish, pork chops work.
*   Veggies: Brussels sprouts, carrots, zucchini, cauliflower turn out great.
*   Snacks: Try mozzarella sticks, egg rolls, or onion rings.
*   Baked goods: Muffins, cookies, small cakes, and banana bread are easy.
*   Leftovers: The texture is way better than microwaving.

⚠️ Okay, here's what you shouldn't toss in your air fryer:

*   Anything with a really wet batter, like tempura. It'll just drip everywhere and make a sticky mess.
*   Cheese all by itself. It melts super fast and sticks to everything.
*   Leafy greens on their own. They'll fly around and get burnt to a crisp.
*   Full-size roasts (unless you have a giant air fryer). They probably won't cook evenly.

🔥 Air Fryer Tips:

*   Preheat for 2–5 mins to get things extra crispy.
*   Don't stuff too much food in the basket so the air can move around.
*   Shake or flip your food halfway through to cook it evenly.
*   A little oil spray helps make things crispy without all the deep-frying.
*   Use parchment paper or silicone liners for easy cleanup (but make sure air can flow).
*   Skip aerosol sprays—they mess up the coating. Use a refillable spray bottle instead.
🧼 Cleaning and Taking Care of It

Make sure it's totally cool before you clean it.

You can wash those non-stick baskets and trays in warm, soapy water or just toss them in the dishwasher (but double-check the instructions first).

Now and then, give the heating thingy a wipe to get rid of any oil that's splashed on it.

Don't use metal stuff to clean it – you don't want to scratch the non-stick.

Take a peek in the little holes and around the fan to make sure no food is stuck in there.

🛑 Safety How-Tos:

Put it on a surface that can take the heat and is flat.
Make sure the vents aren't blocked, or it could get too hot.
Keep it away from walls and curtains so air can flow.
Don't pour oil into the fryer; just use a little on the food.
Use tongs or heat-proof gloves to take food out.
